Our Efforts on ESG

Our ESG Vision

DREAM, as a member of Mitsubishi Corporation Group, puts the group’s management philosophy, “Three Corporate Principles”, as the foundation of our business activities. We set the “Corporate Policy of Conduct” based on that foundation; and we set “Corporate Standards of Conduct”, “Environmental Charter,” and “Social Charter” stating on objectives and approaches of our business activities, respect for human rights, and consideration for environment. We aim to realize the development and growth of sustainable society through the fair and sound business activities.

Our ESG Targets

In order to achieve our ESG vision, DREAM will strive to contribute to the creation of sustainable society with consideration toward ESG by enriched communications with our stakeholders including investors and tenants. As our current ESG targets, we will pursue the following measures, and we will incorporate the evaluations and results of these achievements into the PDCA cycle to further pursue their improvements.

  • We aim to participate in surveys conducted by external evaluation entities such as GRESB, and we will monitor our ESG efforts. We will utilize the evaluation results for future improvements to further enhance our ESG activities.
  • We aim to obtain at least 1 green certifications and/or evaluations per year such as CASBEE, BELS, etc. on assets of funds that we manage, and will conduct the monitoring of our ESG initiatives.
  • We aim to conduct the employee satisfaction survey minimum every three years to monitor our ESG initiatives, and will enhance the PDCA cycle by utilizing the survey results to future programs to improve employee satisfactions.
  • We aim to conduct the seminars related to governance issues minimum twice a year, and monitor the ESG initiatives to effectively implement the governance policy, and will utilize to future further improvements on systems or procedures on governance policies.
  • We will conduct the various IR activities such as setting up the working group with tenants, and hosting the seminars and/or study groups for our stakeholders.
